AZNORTH Development Inc. had, in the past, used logos for their various developments that had nothing in common stylistically.  The goal of the redesign was to keep the AZNORTH identity implicit within all the logos.  This worked out really nicely.  It allows the use of a die cut of the logo as the cover for each individual presentation folder... each logo is seen through the die cut... Pretty sweet, and they loved it.
